As a member of the leadership team at this diverse and thriving company, the primary objective of this position will be to oversee the company's portfolio of investments, manage a team of financial analysts, and work closely with the CEO to set the company's overall investment strategy.

The Head of Investments position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in investment management and financial strategy. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will have a direct impact on the company's success.

Key qualifications and experience required for the Head of Investments:

• Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Investments, Actuarial Sciences or similar
• Fully qualified CFA
• 10 - 15 years' experience within the investment sector
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
• Systems knowledge: Bloomberg, FactSet, EquitiesRT (to name a few)

Key duties of the Head of Investments:

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's business goals
• Manage and oversee the company's portfolio of investments
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
• Work closely with the CEO to set the company's overall investment strategy
• Monitor market trends and adjust investment strategies as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
