Our client based in the Modderfontein area are looking to employ an Accountant on a 3-month contract. This could be extended should additional work become available.
A qualification would be advantageous, but solid accounting experience would suffice too.
Responsibilities will include:

• Daily cash flow forecast update budgets
• Reconciliation of bank and petty cash accounts
• Monthly preparing/reviewing reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Account and expense payments
• Assisting with Auditors and preparing working papers
• Ensuring management accounts are accurate and complete
• Consolidations
• Processing of all general ledger entries and reconciling general ledger
• Preparing of daily cash flow forecast
• Ensuring management accounts are accurate and complete
• Preparing month-end journals
• Processing and submitting of VAT
• Cashflow management
