Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets, understand key drivers, and confidently challenge stakeholders as needed.
Build and nurture relationships with management teams, providing comprehensive support for the on-trade business and essential analysis.
Collaborate closely with Regional Directors and their teams, focusing on value addition and prompt resolution of queries.
Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.
About You:
Qualified accountant, either newly qualified or with a year’s commercial experience.
Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
