FP&A Manager - Central London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2/3 days in office)

We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our growing team in Central London. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial insights and influence strategic decisions while enjoying a flexible hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office). Key Responsibilities

• Business partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable financial insights that drive performance.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasts and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and execute financial projects, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Produce and present financial reports to senior management, providing valuable analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in FP&A with a strong understanding of CAPEX
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of business partnering
• Experience in budgeting, process improvement, and financial reporting
