LHH is delighted to be partnered with our client, a leading retailer, as they seek a Finance Manager to join their team.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in aligning the financial strategy with the broader business goals, working closely with stakeholders in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure that all costs are accurately forecasted and accounted for.
You’ll guide and develop a high-performing team of Finance Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Key responsibilities include preparing business cases for new projects, securing capital investment approvals, and maintaining compliance with corporate and legal standards. You will also monitor actual spending versus budget, identifying opportunities for savings or necessary investments, while supporting the strategic and tactical goals. Strong internal collaboration with teams such as Leadership Team, Business Partners, and Finance departments across the UK will be essential to your success.
This role requires a qualified finance professional (ACCA, ICAS, or ACMA) with a background in budget control and people management, ideally within a call center or retail environment.
