Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial teams to analyse and improve financial performance.
• Provide insightful reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise costs, and enhance profitability across various sites.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to shape strategy.
• Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variances.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee product costing, margin analysis, and cost optimisation projects.
• Evaluate and manage cost structures, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
