Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client, in the search for a FP&A Manager, to join an innovative and growing company, based in Petersfield. This is a full-time, permanent position, with the option for hybrid working.
Working as part of the SLT, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and management reporting to support the overall business strategy.
Some of your duties will include:
Produce detailed report packs, monthly, quarterly and annually
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Variance analysis
Supporting with audits
Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
Develop and mentor the 2 Finance Assistants
You must have experience using Excel at intermediate to advanced level, and if you have experience using Power BI - even better! You will come with experience of working within a similar role and have good commercial acumen.
As a person, you will have strong numerical skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, be reliable and good organisational and planning skills.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £50-£60k DOE, plus benefits.
