Preparing Profitability Statement & GP Statement - Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly
Thoroughly internal audit of each area of plant
Preparing provision working of plant every month
Preparing MIS Reports at plant level like Batch Loss Report, Reactor Efficiency Report etc.
Managing Commercial Dept, Accounts Dept, Purchase Dept, Store Dept & Dispatch Dept
