The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of our retail operations. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure financial health and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail finance, including inventory management, cost of goods sold, and retail metrics.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
