Accountability• Serving as a financial advisor to the MD & the company executives for strategic planning purposes.• Overseeing all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.• Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.• Maintain executive responsibility for overall financial operations.• Prepare necessary project financial reports which will aid the management in taking decision on new projects / investments.• Be a part of the team to bring in the required expertise from financial stand point (ensuring positive cash flow of the project, back-to-back offers from sub vendors, coverage of the required Over Head & Margin etc.,) while bidding for prospective tenders.• Lead annual budgeting process and finalize the same with management.• Implement systems and controls to analyse cost control and profitability by business segment. • Conducting regular MIS meetings with the HODs of various business segments to ensure they understand the company’s performance through the required financial indicators.• Analyse, reconcile, balance, and maintain accounting records and cash journals.• Oversee the Company’s internal financial analysis division and work with external auditors to assure sufficient cashflow for marketing and operations, and help find resources for expansion.• Ensuring strict statutory compliance.• Reduction of financial cost. Scope• Locations covered: Pan India• All India Accounts and Finance, Credit Control as per the directives of MD.• To ensure the smooth process and procedure of accounts & finance.• Team development consisting of 4 members.
