We are seeking Finance Manager for Bike Showroom - American brand at Magarpatta - PUNE.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 to 6 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Experience with bank reconciliation, tax, and VAT
Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and
Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, invoices, and payments
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues
Support the month-end and year-end closing process
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation
Participate in financial and operational audits as required
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
