Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
  • Should have good knowledge of GST, TDS and Taxation


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor cash flows and manage working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate financial audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Stay updated with relevant financial regulations and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
