Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in finance-related roles and will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, risk management, and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles with a proven track record of financial management.
• Strong expertise in Plant Accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting principles and practices with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and the ability to contribute to the long-term financial goals of the company.
• Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor financial staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys business objectives and growth plans.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity to meet the companys financial obligations.
• Lead the financial planning process, including the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic decision-making processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
