- Strong expertise in Plant Accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting principles and practices with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and the ability to contribute to the long-term financial goals of the company.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor financial staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
