Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team at client place based at Bhiwani, Haryana. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and taxes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.
  • Provide support in financial analysis, including cost control, revenue analysis, and financial performance evaluation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
