Job Description:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecast to provide insights into the Branches’ financial performance.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines, including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for timely completion of audits and tax filings.

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and business planning processes.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Candidates should possess good communication, coordination, interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with various stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess good proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Quick Books), and MS Office.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.

Candidates should possess sound ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
