Duties & Responsibilities

• A solid understanding of debit and credits

• Proficient in Accounts Payable

• Review creditors reconciliations to ensure they are completed on time and queries are resolved timeously.

• Communicate and follow up with suppliers re outstanding invoices, statements, credits etc.

• Credit application process for new suppliers

• Processing and capturing of payments.

• Audit process assistance

• Processing and capturing of payments.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have an accounting theory i.e. Higher certificate or Diploma financial accounting etc
