Requirements:
- Candidate needs to have a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Commercial Forensic Practitioner (CFP).
- Min 1+ years' experience (the more the better)

Responsibilities:
Risk Advisory & Consulting
- Provide subject matter expertise through drafting of required documentation & review of existing documentation.
- Advise on risk management matters relating to implementation of best practice and applicable Risk Management & Fraud Risk Management Frameworks.
- Conduct risk management and fraud risk research as per Risk Office requirements.
- Conduct organizational Risk Maturity Culture Assessment.
- Providing support with identifying improvements to internal controls and policy reviews.
Forensic Investigation
- Conduct forensic investigation upon instruction by the Risk Office
- Holding interviews & consultative meetings with the Whistleblower(s) and/or Complaint(s) and preparing sworn statements as a result thereof.
- Holding interviews and consultative meetings with individuals from both the client in the roads and tolling field and its Service Providers and preparing sworn statements as a result thereof.
- Obtaining , authenticating and reviewing documentation the successful service provider would have obtained as a result of the investigation.
- Furnishing the Risk Officer with an interim and a final report of the investigation in a format that is acceptable to the client in the roads & tolling field.
- Be willing to be called in as a witness to come and testify as such on behalf of the client in the roads & tolling field in any forum as and when the need arises.
