Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director

Brand new role working with a successful local Advisory firm with an excellent reputation amongst local business and also as a great place to work.

Looking for a Qualified Accountant with at least 2+ years’ experience in a Transactions Services advisory (or related) role.

The Role:

Due to continued growth this specialist advisory firm is seeking to hire a Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director to join their Belfast team. Below will be some of your key

responsibilities:


  • Regular interaction with clients, building and maintaining relationships

  • Delivery complex projects of varying sizes

  • Accurate preparation of detailed financial analysis

  • Relaying findings to clients

  • Managing and supporting junior team members

  • Working with the Senior Management Team in delegating workloads, advising on specialist complexities within various projects and developing plans for further business growth

  • Contributing your expertise to different tendering processes

  • Seeking to develop your own brand name and the firm’s within the NI market


The Person:

  • Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) with training completed in a top 10 Practice or experience in a larger firm thereafter

  • Strong technical knowledge and demonstratable experience of Transaction Services / M&A /Due Diligence (at least one year in addition to other experience gained eg. External Audit)

  • Experience in managing junior team members and independent case loads

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Drive, ambition and enthusiasm
