Credit Controller - 3 Months Contract - Starting ASAP

• Managing the collection of all payments and debts
• Responding to client queries, account and relationship management
• Supporting the Customer Success team by negotiating payment terms
• Conducting credit checks
• Providing administrative and reconciliation
• Negotiating and following up on payment plans
• Supporting the finance team with setting up KPIs
• Ensuring that the whole team adheres to credit and collection procedures
• Preparing monthly customer statements
• Ad-hoc support on cash management
• Strong credit control / collections experience
• Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts with special terms
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of currency
