We are central London based financial planners, running £150m in income portfolios mainly for drawdown clients. We are fiercely independent, conduct our own research inhouse, and need experienced administrators to deal directly with clients within our small team. Responsibility and reliability are key requisites.

The salary for the role is from £47,500, and it could be pro rata as a part time role for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding including data sourcing, ML sourcing
• Setting up and administering client accounts on Intelliflo and MS365 systems
• Ad hoc valuations and requests from clients
• Reconciling income from provider sites - AJ Bell, Transact, Standard Life, Utmost et al.
• Maintenance of client and company data and information on our servers.
• The administrative duties that everyone is involved in with a small firm.
• Standard data reporting for compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm.

Familiarity with provider systems and all MS365 tools.

Very numerate and competent with excel.
