Main Purpose
To understand business requirements especially from a Finance Environment, conduct research and analysis and make recommendations and system changes that will improve process efficiencies and ensure system enhancements. Responsible for optimising financial processes and enhancing data accuracy.
Produce in depth reports by collecting, monitoring, studying and analysing data on the IS and accounting systems utilised by the Consumer Banking Finance department of the Bank.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics/ Engineering/Finance/IT or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a business analyst role in banking role preferably from Personal Loans and/or Fixed Deposits areas
• Understanding of the Financial Departments on issues such as Debtors & Creditors is a MUST
• Knowledge of software and banking systems that include SAS. SQL & Visual Basic
• Exposure and understanding of Numerical and Data Systems Analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office packages and technology
