We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and implementing sound financial processes. The role involves compiling management accounts, enforcing financial controls, and reviewing all financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management journals.
• Compile and report monthly management accounts to the Group and Finance Director.
• Audit financial data including revenue, cost of sales, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes and controls.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

• Honors degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management.
• 2+ years of experience managing a finance team.
• Proficiency in Pastel software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
