Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice to our clients regarding their private medical plans. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clients understand their policies, helping them extract maximum value from their plans, and assessing whether their policy still suits their needs. Your efforts will contribute to achieving retention targets and delivering an efficient customer service process.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic annual salary ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE of approximately £40,000
- Company benefits including Private Medical Insurance, discounted town center parking, and salary sacrifice pension scheme.
- Up to 28 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off

- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Services
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Competent Microsoft Office skills
- Efficient organisational and time management abilities
Desirable:
- Experience in retention
- Knowledge of the PMI sector
- Familiarity with a regulated environment
