Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm
Key Duties:
- Client retention and relationship management
- Business development and growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth work flow
- Oversee cash flow management, end of year compliance, tax filings and financial reporting for clients
- Drive new business opportunities
- Lead the transition of the company into Chartered Accountancy status
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a practice management role within an accountancy firm.
- ACCA qualification
- Strong background in business development
- Operational management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to integrate and align existing business operations into a larger organisation
