This role will be the leader of a small team of Training & Competence supervisors and analysts, each covering several locations across the UK, delivering the Training & Competence Scheme to our Investment Managers.

This role will be the leader of a small team of Training & Competence supervisors and analysts, each covering several locations across the UK, delivering the Training & Competence Scheme to our Investment Managers.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Regular assessment of our Investment Managers to ensure they maintain competence in all key areas.
- Supervising new and existing Investment Managers as required, potentially expanding to Financial Planners in the future.
- Identifying areas of improvement, coaching and development, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans.
- Contributing to the annual Certification process

What we’re looking for
- Holds CISI level 4 (IAD) or higher.
- Significant experience within financial services.
- Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.
- Supervisory experience.
- Passion for getting the best out of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, efficient and able to use initiative and drive improvements.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
We would also welcome applicants who have:
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- At least 6 months financial advisory experience
