Financial Accountant, Middlewich, 6-9 Month Contract, £65,000

We are currently recruiting for one of our fantastic clients in the heart of Middlewich. Due to increased company success and business growth, they have a need within the finance team for a fully ACCA or CIMA qualified candidates on a 69-month basis. The role is to provide interim support to the team and support the implementation of a more robust company stock book to allow for accurately and timely auditing moving forward. duties will include

Overseeing a stock project, to understand the companys stock costing.

Reviewing the stock book and rectifying any variance

Carrying out budgeting and analysis of the department

Reviewing the existing stock system software and providing suggestions for alternatives if required

Set up balance sheet reconciliation procedures and ensure all information is accurate.

Supporting the finance team as they work through their studies.

The ideal candidate must beACCA/CIMAqualified, with experience of working within the manufacturing sector. Strong financial reporting experience, meticulous planning skills and a results driven approach are a must. You will also need prior experience in budget management, financial accounts, and variance analysis to be considered for the role.
