Job Description
As an ALM Manager, you will take part in the management of financial risks to which Together is exposed. With a forward looking approach and a holistic understanding of the balance sheet, you will be assisting in identifying risks, substantiating the strategy to manage them and monitoring the execution of these strategies with operation excellence in mind.

You will help manage the ALCO portfolio, as well as assisting in carrying out the daily operations that ensure uninterrupted and smooth continuation of the ALM function.

As an ALM Manager, we are looking for someone to:
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the financial risks to which Together is exposed, with a special focus on interest risk and liquidity risk.
  • To monitor interest rate exposure and total accessible liquidity, along with internal or external impacting factors.
  • To help manage the Asset and Liabilities Committee portfolio, writing minutes, tracking actions and producing insightful papers that aid the committee's understanding of financial risk.
  • Support the management of capital, liquidity, interest rate, hedging and other balance sheet risks via reporting against appetite and modelling forward-looking scenarios
  • Business partner with the Treasury function

Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Experience of using and developing financial models
  • Experience of extracting, sorting and analysing data from various sources
  • Proficient with Excel
  • High attention to detail and high standards of accuracy and precision
  • Ability to operate in a quickly changing environment whilst being well organised, pro-active and deadline driven
  • Possess strong analytical reasoning skills to think through problems thoroughly and generate solutions.
