The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch audit quality and compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounting clients.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of audit and accounts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting practices accordingly.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
Full clean drivers licence.
Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a strong understanding of current standards and regulations.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
