Role Breakdown:
- Leadership:Guide your service line according to company values, assist directors with target achievement, and help your teams meet their goals.
- Client Engagement:Daily client interactions to solve complex issues.
- Technical Expertise:Share your knowledge both internally and externally to boost performance.
Responsibilities:
- Team Development:Mentor and review your teams work, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and offer regular feedback.
- Client Management:Handle a complete client portfolio, identify and solve complex issues, and strengthen client relationships by cross-selling services.
- Collaboration:Work with team members to define client needs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Keep directors informed and escalate issues when necessary.
- Business Growth:Network to find new clients, identify business opportunities, participate in marketing, pitch for new business, and prepare tender documents.
Skills and Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualification with at least three years of post-qualification experience.
- Familiar with inheritance tax, capital gains, allowances, trusts, income tax, and incorporation.
- Proven people management skills.
- Effective management of budgets, billing, and debtors.
- Strong time management for ongoing work.
- Business development capabilities.
- Organized with good time and budget management.
- Self-motivated for continuous learning and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
