Semi-Senior Accountant required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in the Salisbury area, who are seeking a semi-senior accountant to join their welcoming and friendly team.

My client provides a comprehensive range of accountancy services to a variety of clients and take a real pride in building effective relationships with their clients.

Semi-Senior Accountant Position Overview

• Prepare accounts for a variety of clients
• General bookkeeping duties using Xero/Quickbooks
• Preparing tax computations for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare VAT returns
• Liaise with HMRC to ensure client accounts are up to date
• Take care of any adhoc duties as and when they arise

Semi-Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• Candidates must be AAT L3 qualified at a minimum
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
• Experience using various accounting software - Xero
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
