Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior leadership team at Atlas Transformers India Limited. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the companys financial strategy and planning. This is a full-time, senior position based in Vadodara, with a required work experience of up to 10 years.

Qualifications and Skills
  • MUST HAVE CA Degree
  • Financial Planning (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in creating comprehensive financial plans aligned with company goals.
  • Financial Analysis (Mandatory skill): Expertise in analyzing financial statements, metrics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Finance Controller (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience in overseeing financial operations, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Ability to assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure company stability.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Skilled in making informed financial decisions to steer the company towards growth and profitability.
  • Budgeting: Proficiency in budgeting processes, including forecasting, monitoring, and adjustment of financial plans.
  • Investment Management: Knowledgeable in managing company investments and optimizing the investment portfolio.
  • Financial Reporting: Experience in preparing accurate financial reports and presenting them to stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with companys business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Develop risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial health and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management team to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, focusing on financial and operational goals.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the company's investment activities and optimize the investment portfolio for maximum returns.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls and policies to comply with accounting principles and legislation.
