Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Business Manager to oversee and lead our recruitment operations at TekPillar. The role is based in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gandhinagar, Surat, and Rajkot. The Chief Business Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and business development.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
  • Expertise in strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive business plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong financial management abilities to create budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure fiscally responsible decision-making.
  • A track record of successful business development initiatives, including penetration into new markets and expanding client networks.
  • Exceptional team management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team towards achieving targets.


Qualification Criteria:
  • 1. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing is required.
  • 3. Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
  • 4. Candidates must have local residency for at least 3 to 5 years.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery and client relations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to uphold the integrity and reputation of the organization.
  • Communicate regularly with the executive team about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
