Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Expertise in strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive business plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong financial management abilities to create budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure fiscally responsible decision-making.
- A track record of successful business development initiatives, including penetration into new markets and expanding client networks.
- Exceptional team management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team towards achieving targets.
Qualification Criteria:
- 1. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing is required.
- 3. Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
- 4. Candidates must have local residency for at least 3 to 5 years.
