Our client is looking for an Account Receivable / Debtors Clerk to join their team on a three month fixed term contract.

Experience:

• Matric
• 2 - 4 Years experience in a similar role
• Diploma / qualification in credit management
• Manufacturing experience will be advantageous

Duties:

• Phone debtors to follow up on outstanding accounts and follow-up to ensure payment arrangements are honoured.
• Reconcile payments for out-standing debtors and update debtors' schedule.
• Ensure all account and contact details are correct.
• Check system for active overdue accounts, check payment terms and suspend accounts where no commitment is received.
• Handle all account queries
• Debtors age analysis
