The position reports to the Assistant Manager Finance Creditors. This position will fulfil the necessary requirements within the Department to meet objectives with regards to monthly deadlines and general admin.
This position forms part of the Finance (Sales & Marketing) Group and is based in Johannesburg.

This position forms part of the Finance (Sales & Marketing) Group and is based in Johannesburg.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Capturing manual invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving queries with suppliers and warehouse
- Resolving dealer queries
- Ensuring timeous payment run upload.
- Supply correct remittance advice to suppliers.
- Provide Finance Support manager with feedback to suppliers' status of accounts.
- Teamwork, cooperation, and willingness to assist peers.
- Ad-Hoc dutie
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- NQF 4 level qualification (120 credits - level framework) in Finance related qualification
- A Diploma in Finance or related field would be an added advantage.
- Relevant Creditors experience
- PC literacy (MS Office Advanced) and SAP knowledge are essential.
