Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting an extensive risk assessment on identified players, suggesting improvements to workflows and ensuring compliance to the required Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know you Client (KYC) regulations. In addition, you will be required to handle enquiries and provide a secure environment for both the customer and our business.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will

• Perform risk assessments on identified clients
• Drive continuous improvement by actively providing feedback on workflows, procedures and processes.
• Act within the bounds of the required legislation, whilst ensuring that the client experience is not compromised.
• Assist or lead investigations and file all suspicious transaction reports.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the engagement with the client

Job Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate - Grade 12
• Min 1 year Contact Center Experience (Financial Services specific)
• Knowledge FAIS or FICA Regulation (Advantageous)
• Diploma/Degree preferred
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Completed a AML Training Course (Advantageous)

• Understanding gaming regulations under different jurisdictions is a bonus, but not essential
• An understanding of the legislation that governs the business and being able to see how that impacts on the business

• Confident, and if necessary, authoritative on the phone
• Excellent time management skills

Working hours - Rotational shift btw 07.00 - 19.00 (Monday to Sunday)

Salary : R 11500
