Our client provides innovative financial solutions to a diverse range of clients. As they expand, they are seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to help manage their financial operations with a sharp focus on cost control and profitability. You will play a crucial role in tracking, analysing, and reporting on costs to ensure the profitability and sustainability of their financial products and services.

Duties (not limited to):

• Prepare detailed cost reports, including variance analysis and forecasting
• Work with the finance team to develop accurate budgets and forecasts
• Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with business units to ensure proper cost allocation and financial reporting
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualifications:
  • Completed BCom Degree in a related field
  • CIMA qualification beneficial
• Experience:
  • 3 5 years experience
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Python experience beneficial
