Assistant Controller - National Manufacturing Firm
Location: Decatur, Illinois
Pay: $100,000-110,000 + bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday on-site
Our client provides a great opportunity for an Assistant Controller to join a dynamic team. The company is going through a lot of growth and has strong financials.
They are looking for you, an experienced Assistant Controllerwho can help lead the accounting team and drive financials.

What you get to do:

• Provide analytical support to Controller, perform cost analysis
• Manage the company's specific KPIs and making strategic business decisions
• Facilitate and track all cost savings as well as assist with preparing Annual Operating Plan

What you need to succeed:

• 7+ years of Accounting and Management experience
• Manufacturing experience is required and CPA is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
