Assistant Finance Business Partner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Partner to join a local organisation in the county of Conwy!
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic support to drive organisational performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial accounting, and the ability to manage financial services effectively. The Finance Partner will work closely with various departments to ensure organisational financial goals are met.
This is a full-time role on a fixed-term contract until September 2025, they are also offering hybrid-working!
The Role:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in financial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication of financial information.
