Customer Account Manager | Halifax, West Yorkshire | Office-based | Monday to Thursday, 07:15 - 17:30 | £26,000 per annum (Rising to £30,000 after probation)

Our client is a leading formulator, contract manufacturer and packer of liquid and powder hair and body products. With over 30 years experience working with major brands, they've helped to bring some of the world's most recognised and innovative hair, skin, sun and personal care cosmetics and toiletry products to market.

They are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage key customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.

What will your role look like?
  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple accounts, including processing customer orders and maintaining clear communication with clients
  • Arrange transport for deliveries and collections, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Project manage new product developments (NPD) for existing clients, including sourcing packaging, managing artwork, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Handle customer complaints, liaising with quality control to ensure swift resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including NPD spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and pricing files
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and lab teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
  • Attend production meetings and maintain regular contact with customers to manage expectations and launch timelines

What can you expect in return?
  • 16 days holiday per year (equivalent to 20 due to Friday closures) + Bank Holidays
  • Competitive starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £30,000 after probation
  • 3-day weekend every week - the office is closed on Fridays!
