About the Role
We are looking for an Asset Management Business Partner to lead, develop, and manage all parts of the Asset Management interaction, data and information transfer between the Assets and Finance teams and to collaborate with the Finance team to create the annual, 3-year, 5 year and 30-year capital planned maintenance programme Ensuring a responsive, fit for purpose business support function which informs and drives continuous improvement and performance between the Assets and Finance teams. This will include leading on developing and understanding the investment requirements for Habinteg to meet Net Carbon Zero by 2050, this includes understanding the costs associated with developing a robust retrofit investment programme and ensuring this is affordable in the context of the business plan.
About You
You will be an experienced professional who has sound knowledge of asset investment, managing asset data and financial planning and management in a housing maintenance context. It is essential that you have excellent communication and analytical skills for this role along with a customer centred approach to your work. You will need to be calm in your nature and confident in your practices.
The following criteria must be met to be consider for this role:
-Strong knowledge of Asset Management Strategy
-Background in housing repairs and planned maintenance management
-Expertise in data analysis and manipulation, including collecting, validating, inputting, extracting, and analysing asset data
-Intermediate ICT skills, particularly proficiency in Excel, and experience with housing management systems like Active H, Open Accounts, A4000 and Brixx
-A solid understanding of Decent Homes standards
-Experience in budgeting and forecasting
-Good time management and organisational skills
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
You will be part a small team that is widely dispersed so occasional travel with be required, so a full clean driving license is desirable as well as a clear enhanced DBS (at cost to Habinteg).
