Associate Director- Transaction Services

Location- Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary- Up to 105,000

The Opportunity:

Join the Transaction Services team of one of Europe's leading consultancies. You will become a key part of their advisory practice supporting clients through complex Mergers and Acquisitions. With a team of over 500 professionals, they work closely with Deal Advisory, Tax, and Audit to offer insights at the boardroom level. They are seeking an Associate Director to join them in their mission to complete innovative projects across a multitude of disciplines.

The Role:

As an Associate Director, you'll lead large engagements, manage client relationships, oversee risk, and advise clients through each transaction phase. You'll also play an active role in developing team members through structured growth and skills transfer initiatives. Are you ready for the challenge?

Essential Requirements:

• Experienced in stakeholder management
• Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for clients
• Strong academic background, ideally with ACA or similar qualification
• Significant experience managing transaction-related engagements
• Excellent analytical and strategic insight skills
• Ability to lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
