Our client is looking to add to theircorporate tax team and seeking an experienced Tax Assistant Manager to provide high-quality UK corporate tax services and advice to their clients.

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will ensure client relationship managers are kept well-informed with regular updates on project progress while promptly addressing any issues. You'll be responsible for defining client needs, ensuring assignments are completed efficiently within budget, and actively participating in business development and tender document preparation.

Team

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review technical reports.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary skills and a supportive environment to excel.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish clear objectives, promoting fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity.

Client Management:
  • Oversee the overall quality of client assignments.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and comprehensive service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management abilities.
  • Experience in R&D tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence, and corporate restructuring.
  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualified with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
