Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
