Finance Assistant now required to join a growing finance division in Cirencester
As their Finance Assistant you will be joining a rapidly growing business with a focus on civil projects and labour supply
This is a role to assist across all transactional areas of the business.
Processing of purchase invoices, Reconciliation of supplier statements
Processing of employee expenses, credit card expenditure.
Producing weekly payment runs.
Maintain accurate up to date supplier records
Posting of Other bank transactions.To be successful
Strong IT and Excel Skills
Must be numerate, literate and have good communication skills
Ability to manage your own time.
Driven to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.
Have experience of large volume transactions, data, invoices etc.What they can offer
Salary circa £30k
Hybrid working available, 2 Home/3 Office
