Banking Team Lead

Banking is a critical element of the finance shared services team, processing customer receipts and reconciling bank statements.
The Banking team lead has responsibility for processing cash from the locations including transaction processing and reconciliations. Leading weekly KPI’s and ensuring work is distributed evenly within the Banking team on a day to day basis.
What you will be doing:
- To undertake these processing tasks under the financial control framework ensuring controls are adhered to, monitored and evidenced
- To lead and develop the Banking team and identify and nurture the talent within the team daily.
- To management absence, holidays and ensure KPI’s are meet.
- Regular performance reviews and feedback.
- Engaging and training the team to a standard of excellence.
- Regular review of key banking processes ensuring they are aligned across the UK and Germany.
