We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in product manufacturing and a solid understanding of Sage 200 software.
The ideal candidate will be CIMA qualified and have significant experience in stock accounting and credit management. You will be responsible for overseeing the finance division, ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be expected to bring both technical expertise and leadership skills. You’ll be managing the full spectrum of financial functions within the business, from stock accounting to credit management. With a focus on accuracy, compliance, and performance, you will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the company’s financial health is aligned with its growth objectives.
Your role will also involve leading a team, so we are looking for someone who has proven experience in coaching and developing people. You will foster an environment where your team feels supported and motivated to achieve their best.
