We are currently seeking a Finance Professional - Management Accountant to work with our public sector client

Duration: 6 Months


Location:
Telford/remote - 1-2 days per week on site

The ideal candidates will have proven experience in Finance and would have ideally worked within government/public sector with the following skills and experience:

Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, invoicing, forecasting, budgeting and balance sheet reconciliations, whilst ensuring adherence to Clients internal accounting policies and GAAP.
Production and interpretation of a detailed monthly reporting pack, presenting the financial position of the delivery unit at monthly reviews with the business unit leader.
Production of ad-hoc reports and analysis to support and assist in decision making.
This role requires prior experience of working in management accountant role and advanced Excel skills would be advantageous
