Finance Manager - Manufacturing Business, Grantham

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in Grantham. This role will oversee key transactional finance functions and ensure strong financial controls are in place.

Responsibilities:


* Manage a small team, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting & Reporting.
* Maintain efficient accounts payable processes and ensure compliance with supplier management policies.
* Develop and monitor performance KPIs.
* Oversee financial controls, including payment and banking processes.
* Review and improve financial control systems to enhance efficiency.
* Support finance projects, such as ERP upgrades and system improvements.
* Provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
* Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and drive collaboration.
* Assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong leadership, financial control, and compliance expertise.
Experience with ERP systems and process improvement
