- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather relevant data and insights.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures, identifying key drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the brand.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial planning and analysis function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key skills required:
- Relevant financial qualification or studying towards a professional qualification, preferably CIMA.
- Relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel & Power BI.
