Our Bradford based client is a rapidly expanding, international business with an outstanding reputation and a recognised brand.
As part of their commitment to continuous improvement they are looking to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager who will work closely with the business to analyse and identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver them.
Ultimately this role is responsible for working closely with a number of senior stakeholders in the organisation providing the commercial analysis and insight that will help shape the long-term strategic plans of the business to achieve greater efficiency and higher margins. The role will have a strong emphasis on budgeting and forecasting as well as supporting the business on achieving its P&L targets.
Suitable candidates will ideally be a fully qualified Accountant able to demonstrate a track record in a commercial finance role. You will work closely with other areas of the business to help inform and influence their strategic decisions. Strong experience in financial reporting and commercial accounting is essential as are exceptional commercial insight and decision making.
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to challenge and influence others, demonstrating a track record of astute commercial judgement.
Experience within the financial services sector is highly advantageous.
Our client operates a hybrid working model with on average 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
